User Service Agreement

A. Platform Information: Sunvega (Sunvega Technology Limited) is the platform owner, service provider, and operator of Sunvega. "Sunvega Platform" refers to the client of the website (Sunvega.com), mobile phones, computers and other devices.

B. Separate Agreements: When you use Sunvega for a specific service, that service may have separate agreements, related business rules, etc. Once officially released, this Agreement will be deemed an integral part of this Agreement.

C. Agreement Modifications: After you sign this Agreement, the content may be modified due to changes in national policies, products, and the implementation environment. The revised agreement will be posted on this website.

A. Registration: In order to use the Sunvega platform services, you should register for an Sunvega account with your email address. You can log in through your Sunvega user account or third-party website account (Facebook, Google, etc.).

B. Identity Verification: You should comply with relevant laws and regulations on real-name authentication. For the activation of certain Sunvega services, you may need to provide further identity information and business qualifications.

A. Account Responsibility: After successful registration, Sunvega will provide each user with an account and password. You are responsible for maintaining this user account and password.

B. Account Safety: You should keep your account information safe, including account numbers, passwords, verification codes, and other information. User accounts are limited to registered users and are not allowed to be transferred, traded, gifted, rented, or borrowed.

C. Account Cancellation: You also have the right to terminate your user account. You should first confirm that there are no unexpired tasks under your user account before applying for logout.

A. Service Fees: Some services provided by Sunvega will be subject to a certain service fee. Sunvega may modify and change the charging standards and charging methods according to actual needs.

B. Expense Allocation: Expenses incurred by the parties in connection with the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to bank service fees or other fees related to payment, shall be borne by each party.

C. Late Payment: If you delay in fulfilling your payment obligations, you shall pay Sunvega 0.5% of the outstanding amount due as liquidated damages for each day overdue.

A. Legal Compliance: When using Sunvega services, you must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News and Information Services.

B. Prohibited Activities: You shall agree that you will not use the Services for any illegal or improper activities, including uploading prohibited content or harming computer network security.

C. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunvega from any claims, demands, or losses made by any third party as a result of your breach of this Agreement.

A. Service Interruptions: Sunvega may need to interrupt services due to hackers, viruses, technological adjustments, system maintenance, or changes in country or operator policies.

B. Data Retention: If this Agreement or the Service is terminated for any reason, Sunvega will retain all data in your Sunvega account for 60 days.

C. Continued Liability: You understand and agree that the suspension, interruption, or termination of the User Services does not constitute an end-of-life termination of the User's liability.

A. Service Changes: Sunvega reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify, and migrate the Sunvega Platform and its related features at its sole discretion.

B. No Liability: You agree that in the absence of gross negligence or malice, Sunvega shall not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, breakpoints, or omissions.

C. Warranty Disclaimer: Sunvega does not provide any express or implied warranties or conditions for any user and/or any transaction. The maximum liability of Sunvega shall be limited to direct actual losses proven by clear evidence.

A. Content Ownership: All content on the Sunvega platform, including but not limited to works, images, information, data, platform image arrangements, and web designs, is legally owned by Sunvega or other rights holders, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets.

B. Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, forge, sell, resell, access the Sunvega website or any part thereof, or use it for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Sunvega.

C. Software Rights: Any software used to provide network services on the Sunvega platform, including any images, photographs, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, and additional programs, and support data, is the intellectual property of the software copyright owner.

D. Trademark: The Sunvega platform logo, text, graphics such as "Sunvega", "Sunvega", "Sunvega.com" and their combinations, as well as other logos, symbols, product and service names of the Sunvega platform are trademarks of the company in China or other countries.

E. User Content License: If you post any content on the Sunvega platform, you agree to grant a free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, or transferable, non-exclusive license worldwide to any form of content you post on the website.

F. Third-Party Content: When using content uploaded by other users, you should note that your license to content uploaded by other users is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or otherwise use such User Content without the authorization of Sunvega and the original author.

A. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

B. Operator Information: This website is operated by Sunvega Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, registered at FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ 300, 300 LOCKHART RD WAN CHAI, HK.

C. Effective Date: This Agreement is effective as of January 2, 2019.
